Since repealing health care reform apparently would add $230 billion to the deficit, Republicans are gonna have to pick their poison

The steel-cage Texas death match in Congress over health care reform is getting expensive. No surprise there. It always has cost a bundle to go to war.
Which is why Genghis Khan and Julius Caesar used to sell magazine subscriptions to raise their armies. A tough thing to do when the printing press had yet to be invented. But who was going to say no to Genghis and Big Julie?
The Republicans are aflame to nuke Obamacare, but working it over with a tire iron evidently is going to balloon the deficit they’re so hot to trot to cut. Talk about being caught between a rock and a hard place.
The Republicans, one must assume, hate health care reform even more they they despise the deficit. The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office estimated today that repealing health care reform would increase the deficit by $230 billion by 2021. Which bolsters Democratic claims.
The CBO projects Obamacare will decrease the deficit by $143 billion over 10 years. Which the Republicans dispute.
Sounds like everybody will be walking on lumps of shrapnel on Capitol Hill for sometime.
